How does Counselling work?​
I have specialist training, understanding and clinical experience in providing talking therapy to bring about change and personal growth through our therapeutic relationship together. I will provide a confidential space and a non-judgmental relationship.

How does Coaching work?
​
I am trained as a high-conflict coach, and work with clients who are struggling with personal and professional relationships. We work together to identify and reach your goals.
How do sessions work?​
​
I offer 60 minute sessions for individual counselling/coaching clients. Sessions can be conducted face to face or online.
​
Couple sessions are for 60 or 90 minutes, and are only available face to face.
​
How many sessions you have is very much down to you. The average number offered by 3rd sector organisations/NHS is usually around 6-8, but you may find that's too many or too little. Everyone is different.
​
Most clients attend a weekly slot, but there is some flexibility around timings, and format (online or in person) if there is a diary conflict or holidays, as long as that is communicated in advance.

Not sure if seeing a psychotherapist/coach is for me?
​
Your mood and behaviour can often give you an indication as to how you are functioning on a psychological level. I work collaboratively with people experiencing a range of difficulties in life that have brought about feelings of distress and uneasiness.
​
Like everything in life, sometimes you have to give it a go and decide for yourself. I will not be offended if it doesn't work for you, it maybe the style of counselling/coaching that doesn't suit or perhaps we don't click. I am more than happy to re-direct you to other forms of help should that need arise.

How do I pay?
​
Payments have to be made in advance (24 hours) by online bank transfer.

Cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable.
