For the past 30 years I have worked in the Emergency Services, supporting colleagues who have been involved, directly or indirectly, with traumatic incidents, so have extensive experience of working with clients whose trauma can manifest itself in a number of ways.

I have specific experience working with individuals who have been involved in abusive relationships and I have
also worked within the NHS and the 3rd sector providing emotional and psychological support to the public across a number of different issues.

Who I Am?

I am a qualified psychotherapist and coach, a wife, mother, step-mother, daughter, sister, friend and giver of treats to our Sprocker "Ruby". (see below), who you may well met if you attend in person. I have no expectations of you, I take you as I find you and I am confident together we can work out where you need to go and what you need to do.
